Leap year

2024 will be an uni-year. The year will comprise 366 days instead of 360. This is one extra day added to the calendar to make up for the day missing. Academic year

Earlier, the academic year started from September to the beginning of October. The new schedule implies that the academic year to come may begin in the month of the month of August or September 2023 and end in November or October 2024. In 2024, the academic calendar will fall in the months of October or November and there will be no major pandemic. This cycle could be repeated in subsequent years. In 2025 , the academic year will begin in February and end in the month of October.
