Leap year
2024 will be an uni-year. A further 366 days will be added to the year instead of 360. To compensate for the lost day, the calendar will now comprise 366 days instead of 360. Academic year
Previously, the academic year began in September and finished with the beginning of October. The new schedule allows for the academic year to start in September 2023 or August 2023 and conclude in the month of October or November 2024. In 2024, the academic year is expected to begin in October or November, and there should be no major pandemic. This cycle could repeat in the subsequent years. 2025’s academic year will start in January, and end in October.
